Physical crafts are shipped within 48 business hours after purchase. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
We offer full refunds on physical products within 14 days after delivery if the product is in its original condition. For digital products or software licenses, refunds are not available once the key has been activated or downloaded.
